At Solvang Mealworm Company, we are committed to delivering healthy, live mealworms and quality products with care and reliability. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order:
 

📦 Shipping Method:
All orders are shipped via USPS to addresses within the United States.
 

⏱ Order Processing:

  • Orders are typically processed within 24 hours.

  • All shipments are made within 72 hours of order placement (excluding Sundays and holidays).

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
     

Live Mealworm Shipments

We take pride in shipping live, locally raised mealworms, but please note the following:

  • Live Arrival Guarantee is only offered when customers request a USPS Hold for Pickup at their local Post Office.

  • To request a Hold, please add a note during checkout or contact us immediately after placing your order.

  • Extreme weather, particularly high heat, can affect live shipments. By placing an order, you acknowledge this risk.

We carefully package all live mealworms, but we cannot guarantee live arrival unless a Hold for Pickup is arranged.


Mealworm Frass and Other Products

Non-living products, such as mealworm frass, are shipped safely via USPS and are not affected by weather conditions.
