At Solvang Mealworm Company, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure every customer is completely satisfied.
Refund Policy
We are happy to provide a full refund in the event of:

A defect in product quality (e.g., contaminated or spoiled frass, DOA mealworms under guaranteed conditions).

Incorrect or incomplete orders (e.g., wrong quantity or product received).
To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description of the issue and, if possible, a photo for verification.
Live Arrival Guarantee
We only guarantee live arrival of mealworms if a USPS Hold for Pickup was requested at the time of order. This is the most reliable way to protect live insects from extreme weather or handling delays.

If you selected a Hold for Pickup and your mealworms arrive DOA, we will offer a full refund or reshipment at no cost.

If no Hold was requested, we cannot guarantee live arrival and will not offer refunds for loss due to heat, cold, or delays in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns of live insects or organic materials such as frass.
